What Luisa's Clients Have to Say

More About Luisa
Where did you grow up?
I was born in the Umbria region of Italy. I moved to Rome when I was about ten years old, which is where I completed my schooling in the international English school.
How long have you lived on the Eastern Shore?
I have lived on the Eastern Shore of Virginia since 1997, but visited regularly since 1989.
In what year did you begin your career in real estate?
I began working in real estate in 2004.
What originally got you interested in real estate?
My desire to familiarize myself with every nook and cranny of the Eastern Shore, but also my interest in meeting new people and hearing about their stories.
What do you enjoy most about being a real estate agent?
The excitement and reaction of the people I work with when they find the property they have been dreaming of.
What is your favorite outdoor activity on the Eastern Shore?
I love to walk the beach and find treasures on the sea shore particularly if I am accompanied by my dog, Peppino.
Do you prefer the seaside or bayside of the Eastern Shore? Why?
Both the seaside and bayside have a fascination of their own and I truly admire both sides. I prefer the bayside because it is better for recreational activities, and of course, the sunset is a beautiful asset that everybody looks forward to witness when possible.
Beach or boat – if you had to pick one, which would it be?
I have always been enthusiastic about boats, but I do not own one. However, I do live on the beachfront so I would have to say the beach. I never tire of looking at the water at different times of the day.
