BACKGROUND
Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Baltimore, Maryland.
How long have you lived on the Eastern Shore?
I’ve lived on the Eastern Shore since 2002.
Have you lived anywhere else other than the Eastern Shore? If so, where?
I raised my family in Ellicott City, MD, which is west of Baltimore.
Have you traveled a lot? Where are some of the places you have been?
Internationally, I have traveled to England, France and South Korea. I’ve also traveled to many states here in the U.S.
REAL ESTATE
In what year did you begin your career in real estate?
I started my real estate career in 2013.
What originally got you interested in real estate?
I thought real estate would be a good fit for me because I’ve always been interested in seeing homes and going on various home tours.
What do you enjoy most about being a real estate agent?
What I enjoy most about being a real estate agent is meeting new people.
EASTERN SHORE
Why did you settle on the Eastern Shore?
I love the beauty of the Eastern Shore and the peace I feel here.
Beach or boat – if you had to pick one, which would it be and why?
I would choose the beach. I find the beach relaxing, sand in your toes and a shell in your pocket!
What is your favorite outdoor activity on the Eastern Shore?
My husband and I love to walk the dogs on the beach and catch the gorgeous sunsets.
PERSONAL
How long have you lived in your current home?
I just moved into my current home in town this year! Our home is on Washington Avenue, and overlooks the lake.
How do you relax after a hard day of work?
Sitting on the upper deck of our home with my husband. The upper deck affords us a great view of what the locals call “Jelly Bean Jungle”, which is Bay Creek Marina district and the lake. We love it!
If time and budget were unlimited, what would be your dream adventure?
There are too many to list, but crossing the Atlantic Ocean on the Queen Mary 2 and touring Italy are both on there.
What is the last book/movie/podcast that you really enjoyed?
I enjoyed the book Woo-Woo, which is a fiction book written by a local Cape Charles author.
